1. We only allow solo acts to participate.
2. Your application must be received before the deadline April 10, 2024 (Midnight) to be considered. (Tape to be no more than 10 minutes)
3. I hereby represent and warrant that I meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
(i)(a) I am at least 18 years old and I have the full, complete and unrestricted right and authority to enter into any agreements or releases required for Comedy Cash Cow Competition (“the “Program”); or (b) if I am under 18 years of age and I have been legally emancipated, I will provide certified court documents establishing my status as an emancipated minor; or (c) if I am under 18 years of age and I have not been legally emancipated, my parent or legal guardian will provide a picture identification and proof of their relationship to me (e.g., driver’s license or passport and a birth certificate, guardianship papers, school records, etc.) and will sign various documents related to the Program upon Comedy Cash Cow Competition/OnstageVacaville.org ("Producer’s”) request, including, but not limited to documents granting consent to participation in the Program and releasing and indemnifying Producer and the Released Parties (as defined below). I understand that my parent or legal guardian (or a person designated by my parent or legal guardian) will be required to accompany me at all times during my participation in the Program.
(ii) I am either (i) a United States citizen; (ii) a legal permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) am in the United States legally at the time of my initial audition and I understand and agree that I will be required to have appropriate visa status in the United States that allows me to compete on the Program prior to live shows. I have listed below the names of everyone I know, including but not limited to everybody in my immediate family, who is, or has been in the past two years, an officer, employee, agent, contractor, officer, director or representative of any of the following: (a) Producer, Comedy Cash Competition/OnstageVacaville.org., or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related entities, or any of their respective licensees, successors and assigns; or any of its parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related entities or any of their respective licensees, successors and assigns (c) Any or more of the social media streaming, television networks or platforms or affiliations (“Network”), any television network or station owned, operated by or affiliated with and/ or any of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related entities, or any of their respective licensees, successors or assigns; (d) any television station or channel, cable network, or satellite network that may air or otherwise exhibit the Program or any variation thereof; (e) any person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the Program or any variation thereof; (f) any sponsor of the Program (including, but not limited to Sonic) or its or their advertising agency; or (g) any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program. The entities described in the preceding sentence shall be referred to herein, individually and collectively, as the “Producer Entities”.
Producer, reserves the right to remove from the Program any person (including any member of the Act) Producer, and/or Network determines, in their sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the Program or any of the Producer Entities such that such person’s participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety. Conversely, Producer, Network reserve the right to allow any person to remain part of the Program who may have a connection with the Program or any of the Producer Entities if, in Producer’s, and/or Network’s sole discretion, they determine that such person’s involvement in the Program does not and will not affect the integrity of the Program. I will immediately notify the Producer if any of my relatives, friends or acquaintances appear in or is in any other way involved in the production of the Program.
(iii) I am not currently a candidate for public office, and if selected to participate in the Program, I agree that I will not become a candidate for public office until at least one (1) year after the initial live show or if broadcast any or of the final projects or filming content in relationship episode of the Program in which I appear. If there is any change in this representation prior to the initial exhibition of the Program in which I appear, I will immediately notify the Producer and or Network at info@comedycashcow.com. Becoming a candidate before or around the time of the initial exhibition of the Program may under certain circumstances have legal implications on the exhibitor’s ability to exhibit the Program.
I understand and agree that Producer, and any affiliated network Network have the sole discretion to make determinations of eligibility, and that they reserve the right to change any of the eligibility requirements at any time.
4. If you are selected as a contestant, you must be willing to travel to Vacaville, CA on May 25, 2024 to perform live for the second and final rounds. If you are selected as a Round 2 or a Final Five in Round 3, Semi-Finalist, you must be willing to perform live in the competition for each round, where a Winner and four (4) Runner-Ups will be selected by a panel of esteemed industry professionals. All travel, lodging, and other expenses incurred in connection with the foregoing will be paid for solely by you.
5. You may not participate in the Competition if your participation creates impropriety or the appearance of impropriety, as determined by the Producer and the other Affiliated Entities in their sole discretion.
6. Wildcards are selected to replace any comedian from the final 25 who are unable to attend the live competition. The Round One judges shall select the alternate wildcards along with the 25 finalists.
7. You do not have any contractual arrangement that would prohibit you from fully participating in the Competition and/or entering into any contracts required by Producer, including, but not limited to, an agreement for the Comedy Tour (defined below), an agreement for the Comedy Special (defined below), an agency live performance booking contract, and an exclusive management contract.
8. You must not currently be a candidate for public office.
9. You may not participate in the Competition if you or any of your immediate family members are an employee, officer, director, or independent contractor of the Producer.
10. The foregoing eligibility requirements may be amended, revised, or changed at any time and in any fashion in the Producer’s sole discretion.
Round 1
The Comedy Cash Cow Competition elimination will be judging offsite the Round 1: Mail-in submissions Judged, 10 minute or less comedy reels along with a stand alone link of you saying the following: Video of "You" saying "Join me at the Comedy Cash Cow Competition" to be used for social media and websites.
Round 2
(May 15, 2025 - 25 Finalist Announced to advance to Round 2 for Live Performance via Social media on the www.ComedyCashCow.com website, Facebook and Instagram.
Round 2 "In person" with the audience, the top 25 "Speed Dating" style comedy routine giving it your best 3 minutes with the contest being judged by a panel of entertainment and other industry professionals to select the Top 5 finalist.
Round 3
The Top 5 Finalist will then have 10 minutes to WOW the Judges demonstrate their comedic skills to compete based on the following factors:
25 percent commercial value comedic storytelling of family friendly entertainment using their skills
25 percent comedic content delivery & audience reaction
25 percent comedic originality & timing
25 percent overall ability to entertain in a unique way in a 3 and 10 minute timeframe.
The Top 5 Winners of the Comedy Cash Cow Competition will receive the following Awards, Titles, Cash & Prizes:
Comedy Cash Cow "WINNER"
$1,000 dollars, To be awarded "Title" and further recognized as the First Annual "Comedy Cash Cow". A Comedy Short Film written with them in mind to star in to be submitted to various comedy film festivals and other media outlets, Comedy Headshots, Press Releases, Social Media & Front Page of the Comedy Cash Cow Website Photos, Interviews, Press Releases and several other perks and sponsorships for the developing comedian.
Comedy Cash Cow 2nd Place Winner
$150.00 dollars, A Supporting role in the Comedy Short Film with the Winner of the competition, Comedy Headshots, Comedy Cash Cow Website Photos and Interviews, Social Media Press Releases, and other perks and sponsorships for the developing comedian.
Comedy Cash Cow 3rd Place Winner
$100.00 dollars, A Supporting role in the Comedy Short Film with the Winner of the Competition, Comedy Headshots, Comedy Cash Cow Website photos and Interviews, Social Media Press Releases and other perks and sponsorships for the developing comedian.
Comedy Cash Cow 4th Place Winner
$75.00 dollars, A Supporting role in the Comedy Short Film with the Winner of the Competition, Comedy Headshots, Comedy Cash Cow Website, Social Media posts interviews and other perks and sponsorships for the developing comedian.
Comedy Cash Cow 5th Place Winner
$50.00 dollars, A Supporting role in the Comedy Short Film with the Winner of the Competition, Comedy Headshots, Comedy Cash Cow Website, Social Media posts interviews and other perks and sponsorships for the developing comedian.

The top 25 finalists will be given 2 free ticket to come and enjoy the show.
Every Audience Member, Ticket and Pass Holder, Volunteer, Paid Worker and Comedy Contestant SHALL consent to the use of their name, voice, image, likeness in connection with the process to film, audio tape, video tape, digital, photograph, animation, in all media without limitation to produce promotional material created or used in connection with Comedy Cash Cow Competition/documentary/film project (working title) and all rights therein, with the perpetual right throughout the world to use, print, produce, publish, copy, exhibit, market, monetize, license, transfer, modify, and create derivative works from the Project.
